This Cranberry Nut Bread looks feels and tastes great all at the same time.

Simply scrumptious.
Ingredients:
385g sifted plain flour / 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
200g / 1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
375 ml milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
200g /1 cup dried cranberries
100g / ½ cup chopped walnuts
1 Sift together dry ingredients.
2 Combine egg, milk, and vegetable oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
3 Stir in cranberries and nuts.
4 Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
5 Bake at 175ºC/ 350°F/Gas 4 about 1 ¼ hours or till done.
6 Remove from pan; cool on rack.

385g de farinha para bolos sem fermento, peneirada
200g de açúcar
4 c. de chá de fermento em pó
1 c. de chá de sal
1 ovo batido
375 ml de leite
2 c. de sopa de óleo vegetal
200g de passas de mirtilos
100g de nozes picadas
1 Peneire os ingredientes secos.
2 Adicione o ovo, leite e o óleo vegetal aos ingredientes secos, mexendo apenas para envolver.
3 Adicione as passas de mirtilos e as nozes.
4 Unte com manteiga uma forma rectangular.
5 Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 175ºC /Gás 4 por cerca de 1¼ horas.
6 Retirar da forma e colocar numa grelha de cozinha.
Lo que os voy a decir es cierto, este pastel de pasas de arándanos es delicioso y fácilito de hacer.

Ingredientes:
385g de harina para pastel sin levadura, tamizada
200 g de azúcar
4 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de sal
un huevo batido
375 ml de leche
2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
200g de pasas de arándanos
100g de nueces picadas
1 Tamizar todos los ingredientes secos.
2 Añadir el huevos, leche y el aceite vegetal a los ingredientes secos y mezclar todo.
3 Añada los arándanos y las nueces.
4 Engrasar una fuente rectangular para pasteles.
5 Hornear en horno precalentado a 175ºC / Gas 4 por 1¼ horas.
6 Retirar el pastel de la fuente y colóquelo sobre una rejilla de cocina a enfriar.
