These brownies are the perfect lunch box treat or take-along snack and they are extremely easy to make and bake.

Ingredients:
600 g of butternut squash puree
300 g brown sugar
350 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cocoa powder
small pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp of ground anise
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1,5 dl vegetable oil
4 eggs
100 g hazelnuts, chopped
100 g walnuts, chopped
Preparation:
1 Mix all the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs and the vegetable oil, then add the pumpkin puree and mix everything to the dry ingredients, beating well. Add the chopped hazelnuts, walnuts and mix well.
2 Butter and line a baking dish 30 x 24 cm, then pour in the cake batter.
3 Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, take it out, sprinkle with chopped mixed nuts. Put it back in the oven for further 35 minutes.
4 Leave to cool completely and cut into small squares.

600 g de abóbora butternut cozida e reduzida a puré
300 g de açúcar amarelo
350 g de farinha
1 c. de chá de fermento
5 c. de sopa de cacau em pó
1 pitada de sal
1 c. de chá de canela em pó
1 c. de chá de erva doce em pó
½ c. de chá de noz moscada
1,5 dl de óleo
4 ovos
100 g de avelãs, trituradas
100 g de nozes, trituradas
Preparação:
1 Misture bem todos os ingredientes secos. Bata os ovos inteiros com o óleo. Junte a abóbora e depois os ingredientes secos, batendo bem. Adicione depois as avelãs e as nozes e envolva bem.
2 Deite a massa do bolo num tabuleiro 30 x 24 cm untado com manteiga e forrado com papel vegetal.
3 Leve ao forno a 200ºC durante 5 minutos. Retire do forno, plovilhe com nozes e avelãs trituradas e volte a colocar no forno por cerca de 35 minutos ou faça a prova do palito.
4 Deixar arrefecer e cortar em quadrados.

Ingredientes:
600 g de puré de calabaza butternut
300 g de azúcar morena
350 g de harina para pastel
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
5 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
una pizca de sal
1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
1 cucharadita de anis en polvo
½ cucharadita de nuez moscada
1,5 dl de aceite vegetal
4 huevos
100 g avellanas, trituradas
100 g de nueces, trituradas
Preparación:
1 Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos. Batir los huevos al aceite, agregue la calabaza y despues los ingredientes secos, batiendo bien. A continuación, añada las avellanas y las nueces y mezclar bien.
2 Vierta la mezcla en un molde para hornear de 30 x 24 cm con mantequilla y forrado con papel vegetal.
3 Precalentar el horno a 200º C, hornear por 5 minutos, retirar del horno, espolvorear con avellanas y nueces trituradas y volver a hornear por 35 minutos.
4 Enfriar y cortar en cuadraditos.
